Job Description

• The primary objective of this role is to design and implement effective solutions and solution architecture that fulfills the organization's business requirements. Strong expertise in application development is crucial. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and functional specifications, evaluating existing software systems to identify areas for enhancement, and providing oversight to development teams. Additionally, you will be expected to regularly update the company on the progress of systems architecture projects.

• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security.

Duties and responsibilities 

•  Carry out a complete analysis of all the data requirements for the project and establish the level of completeness and accuracy of data sets for the project and prepare a report to baseline the project data needs.
•  Work with finance project team to ensure that data dashboard transitions from missing and InProgress to complete status and report on progress on a daily/weekly basis.
•  Conduct financial data analysis and reviews to ensure that the data is complete and accurate, in comparison to agreed metrics.
•  Conduct non-financial data analysis and reviews to ensure complete data capture in CRM prior to data migration.
•  Develop tools to assist project team members to extract and analyses data in preparation for data migration
•  Provide master data, transaction details and control accounts analysis: Cash book – ledger imbalances, Accounts payables control ledgers vs vendor open balances, Accounts receivables control ledgers vs customer open balances, fixed assets listings versus ledger balances, Ledger subledger imbalances due to posting profiles errors
•  Ensure completeness of test scripts as per signed off Functional Design documents (FDD) and processes to ensure minimal defects (<5%) after Go-live
•  Play a key role in data validation during the User Acceptance Testing phase to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial and non-financial data.
•  Ensure that identified and prioritized reports are defined, set up and tested for accuracy
•  Review and validate data before and after data loading to D365.
