Main Operator Reserve at Softcare Kenya Company Ltd.

Operational Support:

• Assist in operating machinery, equipment, or systems as needed in different departments.
• Fill in for regular operators during absences or peak operational periods.
• Monitor and control processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment functionality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to understand operational needs and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless transitions and operations.
• Support special projects or initiatives requiring operational expertise and flexibility.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including equipment usage and production metrics.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment performance or operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in safety training sessions and follow proper procedures for handling equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Have 3 years experiences is a plus.
• Proven experience in operating machinery or equipment in an industrial setting.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment and operational procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
