    Credit Control Assistant

    About the role

    • As a Credit Control Assistant, you will assist with various financial tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Track invoices: monitor and manage the status of invoices to ensure timely payment.
    • Chase payments: contact clients to remind them of overdue payments and arrange for payment.
    • Client records: maintain accurate records of client accounts and payment histories.
    • Reports: prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment performance.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with credit control processes and financial procedures.
    • Previous experience in a similar role or in accounts receivable, or in finance will be beneficial.
    • Numerical skills: strong ability to work with numbers and perform basic calculations.

    About the role

    Responsibilities

    • Accounts receivable and payable: managing invoices, payments, and receipts from clients (accounts receivable) and to vendors and suppliers (accounts payable).

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines, developing data models, and setting up reporting dashboards to help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and organize data from various sources.
    • Build information systems and use analytical techniques that enable management to monitor and forecast trends while evaluating risks

    • 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or in a startup or high-growth environment.
    • Expert proficiency in MongoDB, SQL and experience with spreadsheet tools.
    • Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
    • Proficiency in data modelling and database design.
