    Part-Time IT Local Sales Representative#Indonesia

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners to maximize their sales potential.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Joint Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing efforts, including promotions, product launches, and events.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with channel partners in a timely manner.
    • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in channel sales or development is a plus but not required.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with CRM software is a plus.

    Attributes:

    • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
