    Salesforce Effectiveness Coordinator

    Job Description and Duties.

    1. Collate salesforce training requirements identified through training needs analysis (field development forms, Telesales Listening in, performance reviews, attendance at sales meetings, etc.)
    2. Oversee coordination of salesforce training programs to ensure key behaviors/ competencies are developed and course delivery is in a timely fashion.
    3. Ensure an up-to-date database is in place and the bi-monthly rotation is carried out to ensure no dormant potential customers.
    4. Periodically review the territory mapping for the field and telesales teams ensuring balanced allocation that will ensure we grow our Facilities network.
    5. Collaborate with marketing to ensure the development of product distance learning materials and the participation of marketing in Field Sales Reps and Telesales foundation training.
    6. Formulate a training framework and road map for structured and integrated development of the sales team aligned with the competency framework.
    7. Develop and manage the training calendar for the sales team.
    8. Drive the adoption of all sales monitoring tools across the entire sales organization
    9. Own the customer demos processes and adherence for the sales team making sure demo devices prior to sales are done.

    Qualifications.

    1. 2 years experience in B2B sales support or management roles.
    2. You have experience in CRM and CRM-Systems, preferably Hubspot.
    3. You have experience in a sales role or a sales support role and are familiar with sales processes.
    4. Is outspoken, a good communicator that can drive change and is capable of leading without authority.
    5. Has strong negotiation skills.
    6. Has great organizational, planning and analytical skills.
    7. Independent self-starter who takes challenges head-on, problem-solver or Autonomous worker with strong accountability.
    8. Familiarity with office applications as Google Drive, Forms, Sheets, Meet etc.

    Laboratory Growth Intern

    About the role
    As a member of the laboratory team, the laboratory growth intern will assume a key supportive role in the growth of the laboratory division and will be directly supervised by lab growth associate. The Intern will be included in a fast-paced and exciting environment where every day will present chances to learn new things and have hands-on experience within the healthcare sector. The laboratory growth intern will support the growth associates in carrying out activities such as research projects, data analysis, and lab operations management.

    Duties and responsibilities

    1. Contribute to the creation and execution of surveys to assess different aspects of the Kenyan primary healthcare system;
    2. Collect, analyze, summarize and present quantitative and qualitative data obtained from field research activities and surveys;
    3. Establish strong relationships with healthcare facilities and personnel, with frequent and effective communication and in-person visits;
    4. Collaborate closely with the team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.

    Must-haves:

    1. BSc degree in relevant field
    2. Committed to improving access to healthcare in Sub-Saharan Africa;
    3. Data collection, analysis and presentation skills;
    4. Conversant with Microsoft package and Google Suite;
    5. Ability to work as part of a diverse team with multiple expertise and support interdisciplinary collaborations.
