    Telesales Team lead

    As a telesales team lead for ILARA HEALTH you will be responsible for the performance of each individual on your team who will report directly to you. Their performance is target based and we have a zero tolerance policy for underperformance - there is no grey area in our sales team, individuals must meet or exceed targets. It is that simple! It will be your responsibility to monitor, manage, coach and keep each individual on your team accountable for what it is they need to achieve on a daily basis.

    You must be a supportive accountability partner and constant coach for each individual on your team.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Daily coaching and feedback

    1. Spend at least 5 hours a week with each individual on your team. During this time you will be coaching them and giving them live feedback on their pitch and ensuring they are working their accounts efficiently. This feedback needs to be documented and shared with the Regional Sales Manager daily.

    Daily KPI management

    1. Ensure individual daily KPI’s are met and entered correctly into the CRM

    Daily end of day meetings

    1. Run evening calls with your team to discuss the day using the data in the CRM as a reference

    Morning reporting

    1. Daily morning call with the Regional Sales Manager to report on the previous day and discuss plans for the day

    1 on 1s

    1. Conduct weekly 1 on 1’s with each individual on your team

    Growth Analyst

    Description of Role

    Ilara Health is seeking to recruit a Growth Analyst to support the expansion of new medical products and business lines for deployment across clinics in various regions. Ilara Health distributes new, high quality diagnostic devices to underserved primary health clinics that struggle to afford even basic equipment. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new product and service launches tested at Ilara’s partner facilities. The ideal person for this job has experience working in agile, fast-paced environments and is comfortable working autonomously across various teams. 

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    1. Assist with design and implementation of pilot programs for new diagnostic devices and business lines at primary care clinics;
    2. Track and evaluate results of programs, including ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met;
    3. Establish strong relationships with healthcare facilities and personnel, with frequent and effective communication and in-person visits to ensure success of projects;
    4. Develop customer-centric mindset to rapidly address issues as they arise;
    5. Work cross-functionally with a number of internal and external stakeholders;
    6. Collaborate closely with the team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives; 

    Minimum Requirements

    1. 1 year of working experience in fast paced environment (e.g. startups, consulting);
    2. Team player with great organizational skills who can operate independently in a deadline driven and fast-paced environment; 
    3. Ability to build fruitful relationships with various stakeholders;
    4. Quick learner, able to seamlessly adapt from one project to another;
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    6. Have strong computer skills; 
    7. Fluent in spoken and written English and Swahili;

    Is a (big) plus

    1. Demonstrated understanding of the medical diagnostics landscape in Kenya;
    2. Experience in designing and implementing healthcare programs, including in the delivery of diagnostics in Sub-Saharan Africa;
    3. Basic technical knowledge of diagnostic devices
