    Partner Relations Officer

    Description:

    The Partner Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and ensuring engagement with the company. This role serves as the primary liaison for partners and external clients, handling inquiries and providing customer care. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update partner information in the database.
    • Monitor and respond to queries on the partnership and donation channels, including SMS, Whatsapp and email.
    • Prepare and document statements for partners upon request.
    • Communicate regularly with partners to get feedback.
    • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports.
    • Schedule guests for the weekly show recordings. Create and document statements for partners upon request.
    • Assist in the organizing of both internal and external events
    • Perform any other duties assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including ability to improve work efficiency through use of all available applications.

    Camera Person

    Position Overview:

     As a Camera Person, you’ll be responsible for operating cameras to capture high-quality footage for various projects. You’ll work closely with our production team to ensure that our vision is translated into stunning visuals that engage our audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate cameras to capture footage according to project requirements.
    • Collaborate with the production team to understand show objectives and deliver the desired visual aesthetic.
    • Set up and adjust camera equipment to achieve the desired composition, focus, and lighting.
    • Ensure that camera settings are optimized for different shooting conditions and environments.
    • Maintain and care for camera equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Follow safety protocols and best practices to minimize risks during shoots.
    • Adapt to changing circumstances and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
    • Stay updated on the latest camera technologies and techniques to enhance production capabilities.
    • Direct studio and on-location productions.
    • Maintain all areas related to studio and prop room.
    • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the visual storytelling process.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a camera operator or similar role.
    • Proficiency in operating various types of cameras and related equipment.
    • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours and passionate about media.
    • Knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.

    Assistant Accountant

    Reports to: Accountant

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Assist in day to day running of the Accounts office
    • Post and update of transactions in Quick Books – Cash Books, Ledgers, etc.
    • Accounts Receivables – invoicing, debt collection, customer accounts reconciliations
    • Accounts Payables – preparation of payment requisition vouchers, writing of cheques, supplier accounts reconciliations
    • Filing work
    • Monthly bank reconciliation statements
    • Assist in filing payroll taxes, withholding and VAT
    • Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
    • Assist in Accounts errands when called to do so

    Requirements

    • Have at least 4 years work experience
    • Ability to meet set deadlines
    • Attention to details
    • Have strong communication skills
    • Be Computer literate
    • Have at least CPA 4
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

    • At least three years’ experience as a Presenter?
    • A Diploma or Degree equivalent in Mass Communication or a related discipline.
    • Are you 25 years old and above?
    • Are you a born again Christian and have a passion for Christ?
