    Warehouse Clerks - 10 Positions

    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to assist in the daily operations of our agricultural inputs warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, be able to multitask effectively, and be committed to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, process and prioritize orders for agricultural inputs including fertilizers, seeds, chemicals, and equipment.
    • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
    • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
    • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, including sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and ensuring proper storage of goods.
    • Collaborate with other warehouse team members to improve workflow and optimize efficiency.
    • Record and report all warehouse transactions, including receiving, shipping, and inventory levels.
    • Identify and report any safety hazards or potential problems to management.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in warehouse management or a related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in the agricultural inputs sector.
    • Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

    Drivers -10 Positions

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Agricultural Inputs Driver to transport and deliver agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, seeds, chemicals, and equipment to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record and be able to follow road safety guidelines while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance and maintaining accurate records of deliveries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Transport and deliver agricultural inputs to clients in a timely and safe manner.
    • Follow all road safety guidelines and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Plan delivery routes and schedules in coordination with the logistics team to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
    • Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including regular inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations.
    • Keep accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, locations, and goods delivered.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Agent to join our team at iProcure. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new agro-dealers to join our network, as well as managing relationships with existing agro-dealers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and recruit new agro-dealers to join the iProcure network.
    • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve targets and expand the agro-dealer network.
    • Manage relationships with existing agro-dealers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Negotiate and close deals with potential agro-dealers, ensuring that all agreements are in line with company policies and guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective acquisition and retention campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly acquisition reports to management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in acquisition and business development, preferably in the agro-dealer sector.
    • Strong understanding of the agro-dealer network in the region.
    • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Agent who will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of agricultural inputs to clients and ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the delivery of agricultural inputs to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and reporting.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of agricultural inputs during transport to prevent damage or contamination.
    • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery times, locations, and goods delivered.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the company's data management system.
