    MS Solution Architect

    To increase sales and pro-actively promote business solutions including technology, products, services to a dedicated customer, identifying opportunities and suggest business solutions after identifying and qualifying customer requirements.

    Main Responsibility Area
    • Sales and marketing support via wide techncial system level expertise, deep business understanding and line management. A source of expertise in general selling/marketing and system solutions knowledge. Contributing to relationship management. Developing long-term partnerships with key clients. Creating long-term business development plans and positioning of technology strategy, solutions and products to match with customer needs. Leading technology marketing activities towards customer, influencing customers to appreciate benefits of NSN offerings over competition.
    Position Description
    • Deliver successful MS engagement in realizing key priority MS opportunities assigned contributing to realization of set business line targets.
    • Develop, own, drive and maintain a strong engagement point for MS sales, funnel build for MS Services business within APJ Market.
    • Contribute to Business Development and up-sell of service solutions from Nokia’s MS portfolio offering’s
    • Execute the identified Nokia MS go-to-market strategy in the APJ Market.
    • Scope, identify, and propose new MS propositions to regional CSP customers while working with MS Solution Architects in both Regions or with Global.
    • Work across other Nokia Business line groups to ensure secure, smart and differentiated solutions are proposed to CSPs
    • Engage with C-levels at CSPs to help define their MS strategy and propose MS solutions
    • Building and maintaining close relations with assigned clients
    • Engage in a service and consultative led approach to establish trusted MS advisor status and grow strategically Nokia MS business.
    • Accumulate understanding of customer priorities and multi-vendor installed base. Identify key stakeholders in the customer organization.
    • Liaise with Nokia delivery organization to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects
    Position Requirements
    REQUIREMENTS (Primary Experience)
    • Ability to manage multi million Euros complex MS sales opportunity.
    • Solid understanding of the regional CSPs and their business challenges.
    • Sound Knowledge on solutions within the MS domain and offerings.
    • 5+ years of strong pre-sales, solutions support, Business development, MS Engagement experience with proven track record
    • 10+ years of experience in Technical leadership positions, proven work experience in roles involving direct customer interface, MS delivery
    • Extensive C-level customer facing and sales experience with the CSPs in the assigned region.
    • Service or consultative led sales experience preferred
    • Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff within Nokia and customers
    • Ability to work with 3rd party Nokia partners/vendors to propose innovative solutions and services.
    • International experience and cultural flairDemonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration with ability to get things done on time
