Responsibilities for the Billing Clerk Job

• Issue invoices to customers
  Keying Sales orders in the system(SAP)
• Issuing credit notes for customers
• Following up on sales orders form sales department for billing
• Reconciling sales Men’s accounts from all deliveries
• Issuing invoices for customers and handing over to dispatch department for delivery.

Qualifications for the Billing Clerk Job

• 2+ years of general accounting experience in a busy FMCG setup.
• Must be detail oriented.
• The desired candidates should have a diploma in accounting or CPA section 1 and 2.
• The candidates must be willing and ready to work on either shift day or night and any other duties assigned to them by the supervisor.
• Must also have worked with any accounting system software, Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
