The successful candidate will contribute as a key member of the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Board. He/She will be part of the leadership team that outlines the group strategy over the coming years and guides the group moving forward. Must have Project Accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hold bank, auditors and other stakeholders relationships
• Manage all aspects of daily and strategic cash flow planning
• Attend Group Board Meetings
• Fully responsible for all company secretarial isssues
• Develop improved business systems
• Assume control of the finance team and help them develop
Qualifications:
• Honors degree in Finance
• A fully qualified CPA(K)/ACCA
• 12 years work experience + 5+ years managing the finance fuction
• Good understanding and experiences in systems including ERP and CRMs / Microsoft Navision experience is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of East Africa
• Advanced Excel knowledge – modelling experience
• Good interpersonal & communication skills incl. report presentation
• Strong analytical skills
