    Managing Director

    The successful candidate MUST previous evidence of being a high performing sales person and have experience dealing with councils in different counties across Kenya

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the Company
    • Actively managing the sales team to set achievable daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and ensure that they are met
    • Have overall responsibility of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for the business
    • Responsible for ensuring a pipeline of good quality billboard locations, which will achieve over 80% occupancy

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree preferred augmented with a post-graduate diploma or MBA
    • An appreciation of cost control and commercial negotiations
    Must have experience dealing with councils in different counties across Kenya
    • Strong, positive leadership, able to influence and motivate staff and management teams.
    Must have 10 – 15 years of commercial experience, of which 5 years must be in a senior management role

    Human Resource Officer

    The successful candidate must be mature, self-starter, well- organized and reasonable experience working with permanent, unionized and casual employees. He/she MUST be willing to work Monday to Saturday in a fast paced environment. The reporting structure for the role would be directly to the Group Human Resource Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • In charge of the Company industrial relations – labor relations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must demonstrate hands on experience manufacturing sector.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

    Chief Financial Officer

    The successful candidate will contribute as a key member of the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Board. He/She will be part of the leadership team that outlines the group strategy over the coming years and guides the group moving forward. Must have Project Accounting experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Hold bank, auditors and other stakeholders relationships
    • Manage all aspects of daily and strategic cash flow planning

    Qualifications:

    Telecommunication Engineer

    The successful candidate MUST have prior work experience in the telecommunication industry and equipment and infrastructure manufacturers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out feasibility exercises and determine connectivity.
    • Prepare detailed, technical and operational documentation.
    • Verify service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms.
    • Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages.
    • Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns.

    Structural/Civil Engineer

    The successful candidate MUST have prior work experience in construction or engineering industry and must be registered with the Engineer Board of Kenya.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervision of civil works carried out.
    • Interpretation of the drawings to be used in the field.
    • Preparation of the bill of quantities.
    • Mobilization and supervision of labour.
    • Preparation of LPO and payment schedule.
    • Preparation of weekly progress reports and schedules.

    Warehouse and Logistics Manager

    The ideal candidate MUST have above 3 years management experience in the construction and fleet management sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • In charge of inventory management, demand planning, receiving of incoming stocks and controlling outgoing stock.
    • Planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating and delegating.
    • Evaluate the costs of transportation, services and inventory within any budget.
    • Provide staff management.
    • Provide fleet management.
    • Ensure proper documentation is achieved.
    • Ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately.

    Sales Executives - Construction

    The successful candidate will be required to create a Brand for the Organization, ensure that the brand promised are kept through effective adherence to service level agreements. He/she will be required to maintain excellent relationship with the customers through continuous communication thereby ensuring increased sales. He/she should be already living in Kisumu.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare the Sales and Marketing Plan.
    • Prepare monthly plans for discussion with the Director in accordance with the agreed targets.
    • Maintain a detail sales plan and ensure that the units are sold as per agreed terms.
    • Ensure that time of the sale is adhered to.
    • Carry out field sales to bring in customers and make sales as per the set targets.
    • Ensure the company earns the highest margin at all times.
    • Prepare Daily Sales Report and Payment Collection Report on daily basis.
    • Discuss the Monthly Customer Complaint Report with the Team and offer solution.
    • Conduct a Market survey to come up with most effective marketing and strategies.

    • Ensure strict adherence to set timelines at all times.

    • Any other work, task and or project as instructed by the Director.

    Qualifications:

    MUST have a diploma/degree in sales and marketing.
    Must have exposure in the sector of construction and/or Interior Design in Kisumu.
    Must have a vibrant personality, leadership skills and clearly demonstrate achievements.
    • 3-4 years’ experience in sales position.
    • Impressive sales and a proven track record.
    • Good presentation both orally and written.
    • Cultural awareness, digital savvy and a creative a passionate personality.
    • Ability to maintain good working relationship.
