Client Service Marketing Associate at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Our client a leading training solutions Company is currently seeking to fill the role of a Client Service Marketing Associate.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads from cold calling and enter contact information in the database
• Send corporate training event information to potential and existing clients
• Follow up with the potential client and articulate to them the benefits they will gain from attend the training
• Use all your communication, marketing and sales skills to meet your training targets
• Provide all administrative support for the scheduled training event

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• 2 Years’ experience in telemarketing or customer service a MUST with a proven sales track record
• Must be a clear and concise communicator in English, both verbally and written,
• Proven ability to persuade, negotiate and inspire confidence in customers over the telephone
