Accounts Clerk at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Our client is urgently seeking to fill the role of an Accounts Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate posting to correct in the accounting system
• Petty cash posting and reconciliation,
• Daily Sales ledger and creditors ledger accounts reconciliation
• Regular cash book reconciliation
• Assisting in preparation of daily and monthly reports
• Preparation of payment vouchers together with all relevant supporting documents.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Process all vendor payments and reconciliation with vendor statements.
• Ensuring all filing is done in a Neatly, Orderly, timely & accurately
• Any other ad hoc duties associated with the accounts function from time to time

Qualifications

• CPA K
• 2 years experience in the accounts department in the Manufacturing/ Busy Retail  environment
