Job Brief: Our client is an advertising and corporate communications service provider. They seek to hire a competent Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
You will provide support to staffs, acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the dayâ€toâ€day workflow, client management, preparing materials for meetings and taking minutes, and performing any other duties that may be assigned.
The Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support.
Salary: KShs 20,000 – 25,000
