    Administrative Officer

    • The Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication among various departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all administrative functions within the company, including office management, facilities maintenance, and IT services
    • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
    • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for administrative services and supplies
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for administrative expenses
    • Serve as a point of contact for staff and external partners on administrative issues and inquiries
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for a degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, including knowledge of office procedures and experience with office equipment.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    Attributes:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
    • Candidates should also demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new systems or processes.
    • Experience with administration in a company working under ISO certification will be an asset.
