    Business Development Manager (Projects)

    Job Description:

    As a Business Development Manager (Projects), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our projects business in Kenya. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer relationship management.
    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, from sales to delivery.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or project management.
    • Strong understanding of the security and surveillance industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
    • Strong project management skills
