Key Tasks

• Planning, designing and deploying cloud based applications for customers.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining secure virtual environments.
• Managing cloud environments in accordance with different applications security guidelines.
• Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
• Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems
• Using your extensive knowledge of APIs to design RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML as needed
• Lead and develop best practices for the larger technical team.
• Building and designing web services in the cloud, along with implementing the set-up of geographically redundant services.
• Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company.
• Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company get better.
• Working on our customer’s needs and with the Sales and Solutions Engineer, you develop and actualize web solutions that meet and support our customers.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements using our cloud solutions
• Training to user groups to support organizational adoption
• Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Cloud solution usage across organizational functions and processes
• Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
• Customer support function to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
• Product management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the cloud solutions we offer.
• Help to document best practices in developing and using the cloud solutions we offer
