Delivery Rider at Crystal Recruit

Responsibilities

• Improve customer satisfaction through timely service.
• Allow the business to expand on its home deliveries business.
• Be the face of the organization when delivering products to our customers.
• Ensure that products arrive with the customer in the condition they were dispatched.
• Ensure that the company motorcycle is always kept in a good condition and any defects/damages are reported immediately
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Reduce the cost of logistics

Requirements

• Certificate of good conduct.
• Motorcycle driver's license.
• Three years' experience delivering food items in Nairobi for a reputable company.
• The ability to identify problems and formulate solutions with a quick turnaround.
• Self-motivated and honest with a results-driven outlook.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including a friendly and professional demeanor
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• A high school Diploma
• Must be able to work well independently and in the context of team environments
