    Digital Marketing Executive

    Overview

    • The position of a Digital Marketing Executive requires blend of skills. This individual will be responsible for managing digital marketing efforts while also handling customer service tasks such as addressing inquiries across various platforms, and capturing leads through designated channels.

    Responsibilities
    Digital Marketing Duties

    • Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Online Advertising: Launch and optimize online advertisements using platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance brand awareness.
    • SEO Efforts: Engage in search engine optimization activities, including keyword research and image optimization, to improve website visibility.
    • Content Creation: Provide creative ideas for content marketing, including blog posts and promotional materials, and collaborate with designers for user experience improvements.
    • Email Marketing: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, organizing their distribution through various channels.
    • Performance Measurement: Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to guide future strategies.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Requirements
    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for performance tracking.
    • Knowledge of CRM software, with experience in Zoho being an added advantage.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Basic design skills using tools like Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
