    Estates Management Officer - 3 Posts

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Register and categorize county houses and buildings.
    • Update the building register.
    • Prepare sketch plans, specifications, and estimates for building renovations and maintenance works.
    • Prepare leases for residential and office accommodation.
    • Collect rent.

    Requirements for Appointment:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics, Building Economics, Valuation and Property Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in computer application skills.

    Method of Application
