About the job

• We are looking for a Head of People for an NGO
• Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the NGO or nonprofit sector.
• Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Confident in IT
