Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Desktop Support at Gitech Computer Systems located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The primary responsibility of the Help Desk Desktop Support is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing hardware, software, and networking problems via phone, email, or remote access. The candidate will also be responsible for documentation of incidents, problem-resolution steps, and creation of knowledge articles to improve the efficiency of the IT support team.
