    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management systems.
    • Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
    • Advise leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
    • Evaluate and enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and the implementation of HR technologies.
    • Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in the technology industry
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Proficient in HRIM and other relevant HR software
    • Certification in Human Resources and preferably a member of HRIM is a plus.
