    IT Support Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage the system and server infrastructure of the company including testing & troubleshooting
    • Develop, obtain approval and report on the IT budget
    • IT security and audit compliance management including ISO27001 including anti-fraud and cyber security threat reduction and penetration tests, legal and Government compliance
    • Internal and external audit management
    • Develop, maintain and update IT plans, procedures and processes
    • Manage the IT team within the support team including the IT Helpdesk and Cyber-Security
    • Manage software releases and administration of users
    • Manage Group IT Helpdesk and Office Communications Network including PBX and ACD systems
    • Adhere to, and lead compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Assist other departments and lead and report on projects as requested by the Programme Manager

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Computer science / engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
    • Cloud Technical certifications in Microsoft 365, Mimecast or Others
    • Professional certifications in IT Security (CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM) is essential.
    • Requires minimum of 5 year’s technical experience in telecom industry at least 3 years in second level B/OSS technical support or equivalent, management experience essential
    • NetSuite administrator / developer (desirable)
    • Software development skills (Javascript, Java, Powershell)
    • System architecture and analysis, design and modeling skills (BPMN)

    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

    Front Office Associate (Law Firm)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle all visitors and enquiries at the reception desk.
    • Manage visitors’ appointment schedules.
    • Welcome and serve refreshments to clients and visitors.
    • Maintain a contact list for all clients and/or visitors.
    • Undertake switchboard duties; answer and manage all telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, redirect calls to the intended recipients, respond to general enquiries, take and relay messages for members of staff.

    Product Development Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conduct and manage new variety screening trials across multiple sites within East Africa to support product development.
    • Engage and collaborate with both large-scale and smallholder farmers to ensure the adoption and optimal use of new and existing seed varieties.
    • Regularly report progress, findings, and insights to the Regional Manager & Global Agronomist.
    • Work closely with the sales team to convert development work into product sales, offering technical support and insights to drive sales performance.
    • Travel extensively within the East African region to oversee trials, engage with farmers, and support sales activities.
    • Gather and analyze market data to refine product offerings and support continuous improvement.
    • Educate farmers and sales teams on the benefits and proper usage of existing and new seed varieties through workshops, field days, and one-on-one sessions.
    • Exhibit a high level of self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm to drive product development and sales efforts.
    • Provide technical and Agronomical support to international growers and exporters

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Degree/Masters in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in agronomy, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the vegetable seed industry.
    • Predominantly English language, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including International farmers, Smallholder Farmers, sales teams, and regional managers. Swahili also extremely useful.
    • In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, particularly related to vegetable crops, seed variety development, and agronomic trials. Practical experience/understanding of Global GAP, BRc, Basis, FACTS, HACCP, F2F, Leaf, Iso 9001 etc will be extremely useful.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret trial results and market feedback for product improvement.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the East African region.
    • Ability to translate development work into product sales, supporting the commercial objectives of the company.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Programme Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Forming client relationships – meeting with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders to build relationships and understand requirements
    • Liaising regularly with global functional leads for support on responsibilities, including sessions presenting and discussing plans, progress and performance
    • Liaising regularly with other areas of the East Africa teams to collaborate and to keep up to date with progress
    • Working closely with line manager to utilise their support and to accurately report information and performance via regular governance

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with government officials, local communities, and contractors.
    • Must have proven experience working with government and private institutions within Kenya
    • Technical experience working in the water or wider WASH sector is essential
    • Must demonstrate patience and the ability to explain data and reports in a clear and concise manner
    • Must demonstrate good data analysis skills
    • Experience on mapping, GIS, or design/modelling software is desirable Soft Skills:
    • Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and ethical behaviour
    • Must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be able to work independently with limited micromanagement
    • Must have strong understanding of measures of performance
