Job Description
HR & Talent Management Pillar
Creates and maintains a productive work environment that enables FSD Africa realize its Purpose. The Pillar is responsible for end-to-end talent management which includes Recruitment, Retention, Development, Employee Wellbeing and HR Operations.
Academic requirement:
Ongoing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related field.
