Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, leave management, disciplinary, implementing policies, training and development, payroll management, compliance with labor laws etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Social Sciences or any other related field.
• CHRP qualification will be an added advantage
• IHRM Membership
• Minimum of 4-5yrs experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
