Japan Supplementary Budget Project Intern at United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)

Tasks:

• Support the drafting of project reports, summaries, meeting notes, and action plans.
• Support the project team in monitoring progress against the project plan and evaluating outcomes.
• Support in the research on best practices and policies related to plastic circularity, focusing on Zimbabwe.
• Assist with the organization of internal and external meetings and outreach events, developing necessary background materials, and report writing.
• Assist in identifying key performance indicators and contribute to drafting progress and evaluation reports.
• Support the day-to-day management and regular quality control of the project’s email address.
• Support the SubProgram administratively, in project management, and information management as may guided
• Support any other additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications/special skills

• Applicant must be a registered student - currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in either: - Environmental Sciences - International Relations - Law - Project Management - Public Relations - Political Science
