Key Purpose Statement
Working closely with the Learning Development, Organisational Design and Talent Manager, the key responsibility of this role is to proactively and strategically attract, source, select, deploy and hire talent into the organisation whilst ensuring they develop a compelling employer brand to potential candidates. They will also be responsible for coordinating, driving, and leading some of the talent initiatives and programs in country.
