Online Learner Support at Zetech University

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions.
• Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts.
• Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
• Develop strong relationships with teaching staff and service teams and provide professional level of service to all clients
• Facilitate staff and student training in using learning technologies in their courses and assist staff to prepare and load course materials
• Publishes and archives online or blended learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources.
• Populates course information and assigns learners.
• Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.
• Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to user departments.
• Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional designer.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited University.
• At least one year of training design experience creating blended learning solutions for both instructor-led and self-paced training.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS): Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• At least one years of experience in instructional design is preferred
