Packaging Machine Operator at Biodeal Laboratories Limited

About the Role

Biodeal Laboratories seeks an accomplished, self-driven Packaging Machine Operator to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of Packaging Machines (Carton packaging machine, labelling machine, liquids filling machine and creams filling machine).

Role Objective

To operate and maintain packaging machines throughout their technological useful life by carrying out correctmachine settings and quality autonomous maintenance.

 Packaging Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain all assigned packaging equipment in good working condition through both corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain all assigned packaging equipment in good physical condition at all times e.g. lockable panels, guards, fixings and fasteners among others.
• Maintain all required documentation for all the works / activities carried out as per GMP
• Carry out both Autonomous and preventive maintenance on the packaging machine assigned

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering (plant option)/ Diploma in megatronics engineering/Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or food manufacturing industry
• Ability to effectively handle both electrical and mechanical work
• Logic control will be added advantage
