Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales, including customer service and client interactions. The role will involve actively participating in sales activities, assisting clients in finding suitable properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• 5 years + Experience in real estate sales and customer service
• Knowledge of real property evaluation and market trends
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Relevant skills and qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, and familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. Previous experience in the Kenyan real estate market is a priority.
