    Sales and Marketing Manager - Nyeri

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
    • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the farm’s products.
    • Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.
    • Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor and control sales expenses to maximize profitability.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors.

    Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or dairy industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
