Responsibilities for Sales Support Intern

• Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
• Learn to prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments for sales representatives.
• Assist in preparing and sending out quotations, invoices, and filling.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure their concerns are addressed.
• Assist on research of potential clients and market trends.
• Help in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns.
• Assist in tracking sales leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and                                                                                                       services.
• Maintain effective communication within the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and activities.
• Assist in organizing and preparing for events, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with current client information and sales activities.

Qualifications for Sales Support Intern

• Degree/Diploma in Science or Fisheries and Aquaculture
• No prior experience required
• Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
