SAP Support Consultant at Workforce Africa

Job Role

• This role provides ongoing support for SAP systems to ensure optimum performance in the organisation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to user issues and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP system functionality.
• Create training materials and documentation to assist users in utilizing SAP effectively.
• Diagnose and analyse SAP system issues to identify root causes.
• Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new features or technologies that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP system functionalities.
• Design and develop new functionalities or enhance existing ones to improve overall system efficiency.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.

• 5 Years of experience

• Proven experience in SAP system support and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on SAP developments.
• Experience in designing and developing SAP functionalities based on business requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and other modern SAP technologies.
• Familiarity with integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
