    Secretary

    MTTC/SEC/2024/2 (Job group ‘G’)
    The secretary will be responsible for secretarial duties in the office of the Principal Requirements

    • Be a Kenyan citizen aged 45 years and below.
    • Mean Grade C- (C Minus) in KCSE or its equivalent.
    • Diploma in Secretarial studies.
    • Computer literacy — Ms Word and Ms Excel.
    • Must have served in a similar position for three years.

    Method of Application

    Successful candidates must show proof of compliance with Chapter Six of the constitution by providing the following documents:

    • Tax compliance certificate
    • HELB clearance Certificate
    • Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Clearance from EACC
    • Clearance from recognized Credit Reference Bureau. (CRB)

    Eligible applicants should submit their applications accompanied by a copy of National Identity Card, a detailed Curriculum Vitae, certified copies of academic and professional certificates and testimonials to the address below on or before Tuesday 27th August 2024.
