Senior Product Manager at Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Delivering functional specifications for product features.
• Aligning with partners and stakeholders on product direction.
• Establishing and monitoring key success metrics.
• Reporting progress to various levels of organizational leadership.
• Collaborating with local PM and engineering teams.
• Partnering with the worldwide Windows organization on shared goals.
• Supporting the needs of 1.5 billion Windows users globally.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in product/technical program management
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team to deliver on shared goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product/technical program management
• Experience writing functional specifications for technical projects
• Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Customer focused and detail-oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust messages to different audiences
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented
