    Sponsorship Development Programme Manager

    The Opportunity
     
    We are seeking an expert in project management to work with the Global Sponsorship Director to successfully deliver on Plan International’s strategic sponsorship programme.

    As the Sponsorship Development Programme Manager you will help to transform and evolve the way sponsorship in Plan international currently operates by delivering a flexible model that reaches the most vulnerable children in different contexts.

    You will direct, harmonize and integrate the programme and related project as well as manage the inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues that may arise.

    The Person

    • To succeed in this challenging and varied role, you will have significant project management experience and proven modeling, analysis, research and presentation skills.
    • Positive, constructive and solutions focused, you will be comfortable analysing root causes and implementing innovative solutions.  
    • Highly organised, with an excellent eye for detail, you will have a flexible and dynamic approach, comfortable with changing priorities and skilled in managing multiple, complex deadlines simultaneously.
    • The ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong working relationships will be imperative and experience within the INGO sector and a working knowledge of French or Spanish would be desirable.

    Location: Flexible location, in most locations where Plan International has a legal entity and you have the pre-existing right to live and work.

    Type of Role: Permanent in UK or maximum length of contract permitted in CO/NO

    Reports to: Head of Internal Communications and Engagement
