Sponsorship Systems Operations Coordinator at Plan International

The Opportunity
 
As the Sponsorship Systems Operations Coordinator you will support the Sponsorship Systems Specialist and the sponsorship operations team to ensure the smooth rollout of key system projects, smaller change requests, as well as maintenance of the global Sponsorship system.

You will be responsible for ensuring the projects are well managed, resources are booked, key documentation is developed or updated to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed. 

The Person

• With experience in implementing and/or coordinating projects in a global setting. You will have experience in providing clear communication and remote support to users/customers.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and present information concisely and accurately. With excellent IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with the ability to manage and identify risks, plan, prioritise and respond flexibly to changing demands.

Location: Flexible location, in most locations where Plan International has a legal entity and you have the pre-existing right to live and work.

Type of Role: 6 month Fixed Term role
