    Database Administrator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage SQL Server and MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations
    • Set up and manage PostgreSQL, Oracle and MongoDB databases.
    • Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
    • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
    • Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement
    • Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
    • Prepare documentations and specifications
    • Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration
    • Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
    • Configure and maintain database servers and processes

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Routine production database support functions including and not limited to checking for tablespace free space, fragmentation, checking for nightly / weekly back-up status, checking production databases for critical errors and creating SRs with tech support and follow-up.
    • Resolving all database-related issues and working closely with the Development, Project Management and staff
    • Ensuring for security, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, and backup and recovery are performed.
    • Overseeing backups, replication and failover and running optimally.
    • Monitoring Database systems and platforms for availability

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree - IT or other IT/Engineering related Degree
    • Professional Qualifications - MS SQL, MySQL ,Postgres, MongoDB or Oracle certifications
    • 3 years minimum Experience
    • 3 Years MySQL and MS SQL database administration
    • 2 Years Data warehousing

    Senior Manager-Green Finance and Sustainability

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the bank’s Real Estate green finance strategy and build a center of excellence for housing green finance.
    • Identify new fundraising opportunities, trends, and emerging donor interests within the region.
    • Scope and identify opportunities for funding, Coordination of efforts and knowledge management aimed at winning new business.
    • Drive the achievement of sustainable finance targets & financed emissions reduction targets.
    • Deliver an innovative sustainable finance product and service suite to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
    • Facilitate the commercialization of sustainable finance products in liaison with product teams, business units, cross functional teams, and subsidiaries.
    • Identify, assess, and recommend sustainable investment opportunities, including green bonds, impact investments, and sustainable financial products.
    • Work closely with Group corporate affairs team to build internal / external stakeholder strategy promoting green lending while ensuring consistent messaging to internal and wider market.
    • Performance monitoring and evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track Real Estate green lending progress. 
    • Prepare and deliver reports on Real Estate green lending performance, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders. Develop communication materials to raise awareness and engage employees, customers, and the public.
    • Develop a deep understanding of sustainable finance market practice, particularly transaction structuring, ESG analysis of Real estate clients, complex structures to ensure opportunities maximization and risk mitigation. 
    • Design and implement the Bank’s Real Estate green lending framework, policies, processes, and procedures. Manage risks within the regulatory and compliance framework of the Bank and ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a credible high performing team.

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
    • At least 3 years’ experience in Sustainability management and environmental management. 
    • At least 3 years in Policy and governance.
    • At least 3 years in Sustainable lending/green funding
    • At least 6 years in Stakeholder engagements.
    • At least 6 years in Partnerships management
    • At least 6 years in People Management

    Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions

    Job Description

    • Primary role and responsibility is oversee and manage the implementation enterprise wide systems that meets business intelligence, analytics and reporting demands of the organization.
    • Leads projects involving major enhancements or upgrades of enterprise-scale data platforms and related systems including overseeing the development of the technical specifications and application design criteria based on functional and non-functional requirements to meet the business needs.
    • Research and work with Strategy and Architecture teams to implement new technologies that will facilitate maximization of data as asset for strategic business transformation.
    • Lead a team of highly skilled engineers to provide 3rd level support on enterprise applications.
    • Define futureproof enterprise data extraction and transformation technologies and tools that guarantee near real-time access to internal and external customers.
    • Define a reports model that ensures that the delivered solutions meet the business SLAs consistently.
    • Ensure work produced by the team is aligned with other Enterprise, Application and data architects, providing holistic enterprise solutions.
    • Manage the team’s performance and nurture skills that advance the IT strategy and establish a sustainable practice.
    • Research, evaluate and recommend new products and technologies; perform proof of concept to determine business case and planning criteria for new investments.
    • Review organization data capabilities, architectures and and lay foundations for enterprise -wide data analytics, business intelligence and data science capabilities.
