    Warehouse Supervisor

    Responsibilities for the Warehouse Supervisor Job

    • Overseeing the inbound and storage of incoming items.
    • Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products.
    • Setting aside storage areas for new SKUs.
    • Planning cycle counts and overseeing stock control and processing orders.
    • Recruiting, disciplining and training staff.
    • Ensuring security arrangements are in place together with security manager.
    • Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.
    • Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
    • Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress.
    • Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
    • Briefing team leaders on the issues.

    • Specialized in warehousing and fulfillment center of an e-Commerce company before
    • 2-5 years working experience in a similar position in an e-Commerce company
    • Very strong personality and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A good team player.
    • A good leader with people management and time management skills.
    • High level of commitment to duty, and discipline.
    • Demonstrable ability to put customer interests first.
    • Strong focus on impact.

    Packing Officer

    Duties for the Packing Officer Job

    • Reprint and repack resend orders (if in bad condition).
    • Distribute packaging and printing papers.
    • Analyze daily report for verification (cartoned orders).
    • Check on abnormal in the system by off-duty (orders that are partially cartoned and picked but not verified).
    • Package and separate self-collect orders for G4S/Posta/Fargo/Kilishop from doorstep delivery orders.
    • Ensure the team follows the due process of verification and packaging.
    • Finish the tasks assigned by the team leader manager on time.
    • Assist other teams on team leader’s order, especially for picking team.
    • Follow HR policy.

    The Human Resource Officer provides advice and assistance to Section Heads and Team Leaders.

    Responsibilities for the Human Resource Assistant Job

    • Handling recruitment of staff, up to induction and orientation and placement at the various department.

    Delivery Support Officer

    Responsibilities for the Delivery Support Officer Job

    • Develop, implement and evaluate from time to time, effectiveness of Logistics Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Strategically plan and manage logistics operations
    • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
    • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, delivery costs and efficiency.
    • Resolve any arising problems or complaints from both customers, and employees in the logistics department.
    • Supervise, coach and train logistics operation staff and set and evaluate their performance goals.
    • Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets.
    • Maintain logistics department’s operational metrics and analyze data to assess departmental performance and implement improvements.

    • Coordinate and manage riders and courier companies operations and functions.

    • 3 years or above working experience in a similar position in a busy organization.
    • Experience in in an E-Commerce environment will be an added advantage.
    • Very strong personality and organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
    • A good team player.
    • High level of commitment to duty, and discipline.
    • Demonstrable ability to put customer interests first.
    • Experience in manage riders or operation system.
    • Must be ready to work late hours once in a while.
