    Senior Manager – Global EOSH Auditor Africa

    Position Overview

    We are looking for an experienced EOSH professional to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) as a Global EOSH Auditor.

    GAO is a truly global organization, responsible for the conducting of risk focused Quality & Food Safety and EOSH audits of 900+ Coca-Cola manufacturing operations, and thousands of distribution operations, across the more than 200 countries in which we do business.

    This is a unique opportunity for those seeking to transition to one of the world's largest and most successful beverage companies. This role provides a sure-footed entry into the Coca-Cola system and a chance to broaden your international exposure and business acumen while developing technical leadership skills. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in driving exceptional EOSH performance, continuous improvement, and Company Standards compliance within a global manufacturing and/or distribution organization.  For this open position we are targeting candidates based in any major city in Africa with a Company office and good flight conditions within Africa and beyond.

    What You'll Do for Us

    • Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based EOSH audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements. 
    • Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills, to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance. 
    • Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans. 
    • Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance. 
    • Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures. 
    • 50%+ travel, both domestically and internationally.

    Requirements and Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field.
    • 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations. 
    • Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement. 
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus (French is preferred). 
    • ISO 14001, 39001, and/or 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable.
    • Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma) are desirable.

    Senior Director, Digital Acceleration

    Position Overview:

    • We are looking for a Digital Acceleration senior Director who can lead our enterprise-wide digital agenda at Coca-Cola Africa. We at Coca-Cola are disrupting a proven business model; rapidly embracing digital as an enterprise-wide, enabler of future growth. Over the last few years, we have seen progress in many areas: digital media, the adoption of B2B, rapid growth in e-commerce and many technologies that support the day-to-day business. The opportunity ahead: more aligned, focused, collaborative, and ultimately; more impactful. To better steward this enterprise-wide agenda; we are broadening our digital efforts with the formation of a Digital Acceleration Office (DAO).

    What You'll Do for Us:

    • Ensure a single Operating Unit (OU) Digital Strategy, Narrative & Tracking (embedded in the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP))
    • Orchestrate enterprise-wide digital business planning to ensure a single Operating Unit (OU) / System Strategy including network wide change management oversight
    • Orchestrate functions’ digital BAU activities & acceleration projects progress to ensure visibility of a single Operating Unit (OU) / System dashboard
    • Support the Data & Analytics Office VP in the liaison with the Global Digital Council providing visibility of OU results and cascading global Digital Council actions into OU and Leadership Team (LT) routines
    • Orchestrate OU Digital Council with the OU network within Operating Unite Leadership Team (OULT) routines
    • Support the Digital Experiences team via the prioritization & orchestration of initiatives for acceleration across the network for both locally and Globally led projects
    • Responsible for a monthly strategic dashboard for digital (1page KPIs)
    • Elevate our current digital commerce partnerships to an enterprise level to achieve our strategy, in partnership with functions and franchises
    • Define our partnership framework, to help deliver on our annual and long-range OU plans
    • Define the engagement strategy for each regional partnership, working in collaboration and consultation with global, local bottlers and 3rd party platforms
    • Understand the full digital eco-system, highlighting key areas of collaboration & transformation, conducting regular, quantitated assessments of the markets and potential
    • Define people digital knowledge/ capability needs by function across the OU
    • Orchestrate and deliver enterprise digital knowledge building programs (partnering with People team) to meet current & future needs across the Enterprise
    • Develop OU Data Strategy for all information captured across the OU/ System, including data collected from digital activities
    • Orchestrate OU & System to develop and execute Data Strategy and implement LTRM information sharing principles across all functions if applicable, partnering with Platform Services, OU Digital Services and Bottlers
    • Connect the plan to Global Data strategy
    • Promote a two-way feedback culture; one built on trust, transparency, and accountability
    • Foster resilience, giving the team tools and techniques to deal with obstacles
    • Drive a well-rounded commercial acumen & knowledge agenda to ensure tangible impact and connection with the local market and bottlers
    • Be the role model, encapsulating the Leadership and Growth Behaviours

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in FMCG digital related fields
    • Must have strong general management and business profile
    • Proven success within Digital Commerce setting
    • Ability to define priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
    • Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
    • Experience in leading teams and managing projects
    • Experience working with The Coca-Cola Company external partners (bottlers and customers)
    • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
