    Customer Relationship Officer - 3 Positions

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Recruitment of new members while ensuring retention of existing members as per set targets
    • Recruitment of new salary accounts and other FOSA accounts as per set targets
    • Deposit Mobilization
    • Loan Mobilization and increased uptake as per the set targets
    • Listen, take and provide avenues for solutions to member problems
    • Follow up on unregistered members and ensure they make their contribution
    • Making sale presentations and making follow up for closure of sales
    • Preparation of marketing reports
    • Responsible for member education
    •  Any other duty as delegated from time to time

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Minimum of a diploma in marketing or business related field
    • Minimum of Six Months Experience in finance industry with preference to SACCO sub sector.

    Credit Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handling all member's loan enquiries and providing solutions.
    • Preparation of Credit Reports
    • Appraising member loans and businesses and providing recommendation thereof.
    • Follow up on non-check off member's deposit and loan payment
    • Calling back members and informing them of reasons for loan rejection
    • Calling back members whose loan forms are not duly filled
    • Credit eligibility and assessment
    • Loan appraisals and carrying out field visits for appraisal for business/non check off loans
    • Reliever to the Credit Officer
    • Any other duty as delegated from time to time

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Minimum of a diploma in Credit Management/Cooperative Management/Banking/Finance or Business related field
    • Minimum professional qualification of CPA Part 1 or CCP Part 1 or ACCA Level 1
    •  Minimum of one-year experience in finance industry with preference to SACCO sub sector
    • Preferred applicants to be below 35 years in age

    Audit Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing internal audit strategies, policies and manuals detailing the audit procedures.
    • Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing the internal audit charter Assist in developing an internal audit work plan and budget for each financial year Participate in preparation of the periodic audit reports for presentation to the senior management and the Audit Committee of the Board.
    • Check the accuracy and reliability of accounting records by analyzing systems and internal controls
    • Verifying cash transactions carried out to ensure they are duly authorized and well documented
    • Carry out surprise cash count and other treasury cash management checks. Continuously identify idle assets and make recommendations
    • Regularly review and report on completeness and accuracy of the Sacco data Follow up on the implementation of previous audit recommendations
    • Assist in the execution of the Sacco compliance, fraud, and risk assessments by identifying the key risks and assessing mitigating controls to determine the risk profile for the Sacco
    • Assist in the development and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIS) that are mapped to various risks to determine elevations in risk and proactively implement risk mitigation measures
    • Review the SACCO's operations to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements set under the SASRA guidelines.
    • Conduct risk assessments for proposed and existing products

    Minimum Qualification

    • Minimum of a diploma in Accounting/Finance /Risk Management or its equivalent.
    • Minimum professional qualification of CPA Part 2 (Intermediate Level) or ACCA Level 2
    • Applicants with qualification and certification on Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditors to have added advantage
    • Minimum of one-year experience in finance industry with preference to SACCO sub sector
    • Preferred applicants to be below 35 years in age

    Customer Care Intern

    Minimum Qualification

    • A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with preference to Public Relations/Communication/Marketing and must have graduated within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
    • Must be available full time for the twelve months' duration of the program.
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Handling walk in customers.
    • Telephone management: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and sorting the customer enquiries to completion.

    • Must have graduated with a first Degree (undergraduate) or Diploma from a recognized institution within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.

    Fosa Intern

    Minimum Qualification

    • A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with preference to Finance/Accounting Option and must have graduated within the last three years.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Handling the FOSA Incoming /Outgoing Calls
    • Application and Retrieval /Issue of ATM cards to members.
    • Retrieval/Issue of Cheques to members
    • Calling members/sending texts on members whose ATM Cards are ready
    • Filing of all FOSA documents
    • Reliever to FOSA teller
    • Any other duty as delegated from time to time
