Minimum Qualification

• Minimum of a diploma in Information Sciences/Records Management or its equivalent
• Must have graduated with a first Degree (undergraduate) or Diploma from a recognized institution within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
• Must be available full time for the twelve months' duration of the program. d) Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age

Duties and Responsibilities

• New Member Registration
• Update of member's information
• Filing of all documents received in member files, record management and effective circulation of documents.
• Reshelving and File retrieval
• Registration of other savings account
• Any other duty as delegated from time
