    Human Resource Consultant

    Job Description

    A Human Resources (HR) Consultant plays a crucial role in the HR department of an organization. Their responsibilities are diverse and revolve around providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Records Management:

    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee files.

    Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits.

    HR Documentation:

    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and policy manuals.

    Compliance and Policy Adherence:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel.
    • Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts.

    Training and Development:

    • Support employee training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.

    Reporting:

    • Generate HR reports as needed, including employee turnover, attendance, and other relevant metrics.

    General Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies.

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    •  Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
    •  Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
    •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    •  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    •  Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Demand & Supply Planning Analyst

    Job Description

    He/she will be responsible for Demand and Supply planning for ESA Region to ensure Optimal stock levels are achieved. He/she will gather data to create statistical models that will help Diversey improve its forecasts and avoid inefficiencies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demand planning: Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare.
    • Forecast data, and develop statistical forecast models.
    • Supply Planning: Planning for replenishment of finished goods and Equipment. 
    • Inventory Management: DOH, Aged Inventory reduction.
    • Regional and local Planning Reports submission.
    • Handle Unplanned demand.
    • Organize, participate and contribute to the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Process.
    • Has no formal managerial responsibility, but may provide guidance to colleagues (e.g.,provides coaching,assigns work, provides input into hiring decisions and evaluating performance).

    Requirements

    • BSc Statistics/Mathematics/BCom or any business related course.
    • 4-8 years’ experience in demand and supply planning
    • Supply chain qualifications-CIPS, CILT etc.
    • Experience working with SAP
    • IT literacy – Advanced excel skills a must
    • Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage.
    • A planning analyst must possess’ excellent analytical skills, clear communication and
    • interpersonal skills, superb math/statistics skills and an ability to employ critical thinking skills on demanding deadlines.
