    Key Accounts Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing large partners, Government institutes, apex trade bodies ecosystem.
    • Lead the direct account team on field.
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Continuous exploration and creation of large opportunities by directly engaging with strategic entities, trade bodies and Govt organizations.
    • Drive pilot initiatives, MOUs, sales and product implementation in these strategic entities

    Requirements

    • Degree in Sales/Marketing.
    • Experience in handling Government institutes, associations, trade bodies etc.
    • 5-7 years in a similar role.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Team Management.
    • Experience in managing direct sales and indirect sales operations in IT Sector
    • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

    Responsibilities

    • Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the existing Certified partners network and partner growth.
    • Lead the Certified partners team.
    • Nurture the existing certified partner network and help them build their organizations.
    • Monitoring industry trends, new regulations, and technological advances that may impact the business
    • Analyzing financial statements to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
    • Developing strategic plans with partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
    • Managing relationships with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the partnership's performance
    • Reviewing contracts with partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements

    Requirements
