    Quality Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and other quality staff and provide guidance and feedback
    • Ensure all raw materials and components coming into the factory are inspected according to the IQC procedures and any non-conforming materials are segregated.
    • Ensure that all production processes conform to the set quality standards, including the final output, by ensuring strict adherence to the IPQC procedures.
    • Implement an Out-of-Box audit process and recommend improvements, product sorts, or recalls.
    • Manage the material review board (MRB) and ensure correct procedures are followed in disposing of non-conforming materials and components.
    • Provide relevant feedback, analysis, and data for improvements of the quality standards, product design, and performance.
    • Ensure testing equipment is in good condition and calibrated
    • Track factory quality performance trends - daily, monthly, and annually and come up with actions for improvement.
    • Provide feedback to the production department on operator training needs that can bring improvements in quality.
    • Ensure there is a prompt escalation of any quality issues.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Skills and Experience:

    • 3+ years experience as a quality manager
    • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or in a related field
    • Experience working in a sheet metal processing plant
    • Conscientious and responsible
    • A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
    • Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods

    Financial Modelling Specialist

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Create and develop complex financial models to support the BURN group in maximizing opportunities
    • Maintain and improve the corporate financial model and other financial models in cooperation with the CFO and department heads
    • Support modeling in other departments
    • Incorporate other financial models to understand their impact on the corporate financial model
    • Identify and research variances
    • Create and analyze different financial scenarios
    • Active role in the budgeting process
    • Carry out monthly and quarterly forecasting
    • Other ad hoc analysis

    Skills and Experience:

    • Exceptional Knowledge of Excel and/or other modeling tools
    • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV ERP
    • 5 years’ experience in Financial Modeling in an international environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance
    • A Master's degree in Finance and/or CFA would be an added advantage

    Regional/ Country Marketing Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Strategy: In consultation with country/regional commercial leadership and Global marketing, translate the global marketing strategy into localized marketing plans including defining the appropriate channels, content, and correct mix of investments by touchpoints and own the creation and deployment of locally relevant brand-building and demand-generating initiatives through owned, earned, shared and paid media to strengthen both corporate and product brand credibility for new and existing products.
    • Trade Marketing: In alignment with both the Global Marketing team and Country/Regional leadership, develop, manage, and execute a profitable point of sales activation and shopper marketing activities to help achieve BURN’s commercial targets in the market.
    • Advertising: In concert with agency partners and the global marketing team, localize and implement, above-the-line advertising (Traditional, Digital, and social media) plans to improve brand knowledge, drive sales, and sustain adoption.
    • Public Relations: In alignment with global corporate communications strategy, engage local stakeholders and thought leaders through a combination of owned, earned, shared, and paid media and non-media opportunities to improve the BURN corporate and brand image in the country.
    • Budget Management: Create and control the country’s marketing budget ensuring all expenditure is maximized and aligned towards achieving the company’s strategic goals in the market.
    • Project Management: Work cross-functionally within (creative, commercial, innovation) and outside BURN (agencies) providing strategic leadership and strong project management on all marketing communication, product launch, and consumer and stakeholder engagement initiatives within the country.
    • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, trends, and trade activity to find new opportunities for BURN to win in the market.
    • Market Research: Work with the market research team and local agencies and in alignment with country/regional leadership, to conduct all market and consumer research activities in support of BURN’s strategic objectives.
    • Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness and impact on key commercial objectives, and produce monthly reports highlighting trends, lessons learned, and growth opportunities.

    Skills & Experience

    • 7+ years of integrated marketing experience (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR).
    • Strong strategic thinking capability and proven experience in successfully delivering business results through marketing.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret both cultural and commercial trends to devise winning marketing strategies.
    • Strong prioritization, team collaboration, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and graphical presentation skills
    • Relevant work experience in FMCG and consumer durables is beneficial.
    • Strong written and spoken knowledge of English.
