    Senior Content Creator

    Creative Content Creator with copywriting skills

    • As a content creator, you will be responsible to coordinate and execute the internal communication calendar for Cigna Healthcare’s International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) unit and support the creation of and follow-up on communication campaigns towards internal and external stakeholders. The role is to design and deliver compelling business communications and community engagement activities.
    • You’ll work closely with the team, functional leads, office leads and HR teams in an international context, to define, plan and execute campaigns and develop content. You’ll ensure these campaigns meet Legal, Compliance and Brand communication guidelines.
    • You will report into the Business Communication Senior Advisor, Cigna Healthcare, International Health.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop communication plans and a communications calendar and craft compelling messaging and content to engage our employees through a multi-channel approach: Creation and development of newsletters, project updates in the form of videos, emails, intranet updates.
    • Development of communication plans and campaigns for internal change management projects, and organisational announcements.
    • Coordinate a wide variety of communication activities and tactics, such as town halls, presentations, talking points, leadership messages, video content, web content, organizational announcements, and employee engagement communications, among others.
    • Take ownership in keeping messaging platforms, intranet & assets up to date.
    • Pitching hypotheses and ideas about how to effectively communicate with stakeholders to foster engagement and (employer) brand favourability.
    • Writing and editing content and communications for internal communication activities.
    • Writing organisational messages and work with dispatch team to publish and distribute on the appropriate channels
    • Actively seek compelling stories that underpin our people strategy and corporate responsibility agenda
    • Support with developing high-quality, accurate communications materials for various audiences, such as PR releases, newsletters, presentations, speeches, talking points, organizational announcements, collateral material, multimedia (video / audio / social), and web content and stories.
    • Ensure deadlines are met and consistent, appropriate processes are followed to obtain final approvals from subject matter experts, project leaders and compliance/legal team.
    • Work with external agencies: briefing, follow-up, performance & budget management
    • Monitor and evaluate efficacy of strategies and tactics for continuous improvement, with clear KPIs to demonstrate ROI of internal communication activities.

    Competencies required:

    • Strong project and event management skills, developing detailed project plans and schedules.
    • Experience in identifying the relationship between business and communication objectives.
    • Strong writing and editing skills (native English); ability to write for a variety of audiences across multiple communication channels/vehicles, including print, online, broadcast and social media.
    • Creative skills: understand power of format and storytelling, PowerPoint design, video messaging tactics
    • Ability to translate highly complex, technical content into concise, impactful, easy-to-understand, compelling stories.
    • Critical mindset: able to identify and formulate opportunities for improvement
    • Strong verbal communications
    • Proactive self-starter who can jump into virtually any scenario – including navigating ambiguity – demonstrating good judgment as well as tact and discretion to work with Cigna employees at all levels.
    • Comfortable working in a hybrid working environment.
    • Experience of working in an international matrix structure is a plus. Affinity with financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential.

    Test Analyst - Mobile Automation Engineer

    The Position:

    Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead , the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring on quality and on time delivery of test planning and executions activities in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) Testing for new or modified applications/systems across multiple platforms. The QE Testing Senior Analyst will be a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for quality.  They will partner with their Scrum Team and business colleagues on a journey of continuous learning and improvement to ensure ongoing optimisation of our test automation capability in support of key strategic outcomes for our business.   

    Working across our IM IT Team to deliver successful QE – Test Automation solutions enabling all methodologies with a focus on SAFe Agile.  You will work with individuals from across the world, with both in-person and remote teams.

    Main Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for delivering the QE Automation roadmap for each team
    • Build & maintain the automation for critical & complex business applications
    • Product understanding and creating test automation for In-sprint & regression testing
    • Execute automation scripts and report bugs
    • Determine priority for test cases and create effective execution plans with maximum coverage
    • Participate in PI & Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
    • Track & report automation progress as per the plan
    • Develop skills in new automation tools to improve the automation penetration
    • Contribute towards implementation of new ideas & solutions
    • Mentor & develop junior resources
    • Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices and help to drive changes to achieve more efficiency
    • Identify & Support Automation and DevOps opportunities; looking at efficiencies in ‘In Sprint’ Automation as well as Regression as we develop our CI/CD pipelines

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least two, typically five or more years’ experience in a system quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • 5 - 7 Yrs. experience in QE - Test Automation
    • 4 – 6 Yrs. experience in Selenium with Cucumber automation tool
    • Develop and maintain Automated test scripts for Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
    • Experience in automation of web-based, mobile and API’s
    • Good experience in Java scripting to develop automation scripts
    • Experience of developing custom automation solutions & functions
    • Experience of doing deep failure analysis to address automation failures
    • Good experience of working in all phase of Test Cycle (Test Design, Test Execution, Defect management & reporting)
    • Experience of running the test execution through CICD pipelines
    • Knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry
    • Broad knowledge of the Software Delivery Lifecycle with specific expertise of Software Testing
    • Proven experience of working within an Agile environment
    • Broad knowledge of automated testing and modelling tools
    • Good knowledge of different web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, MS Edge, Chrome
    • Competent user of Microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Comfortable working independently, leading a team or as part of a team
    • Demonstrate accuracy and possess a keen eye for detail
    • Strong interest in personal development

    Desirable Skills and Experience

    • Experience in automating web application using other automation tools & frameworks
    • Codeless automation tools experience

    Graphic Designer

    Position Summary

    Cigna Healthcare has an excellent opportunity for a graphic designer within the International Organisations Health (IOH) Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective marketing assets for our prospects, clients and plan members and managing our wide range of collateral.

    Your main responsibilities will be

    • Brand ‘Guardian Angel’ role to ensure all Marketing assets comply with Brand guidelines.
    • Use a range of industry-specific tools to create and deliver on-brand graphic design and illustration outcomes in both digital and print formats, including marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, microsites, landing pages), presentation decks, placemats, infographics, logos, branding, email campaigns, monthly social media campaigns and select thought leaders, videos and website layouts.
    • Work with of relations with preferred Marketing vendors such agencies/freelancers:, DTP, video, photographers,... to drive forward design requirements
    • Collaborate closely with the IOH marketing team by overseeing the development, execution and delivery of creative projects for external and internal clients including Sales and Account management.
    • Collaborate with and support executive leadership with the development of business communications and presentations
    • Support in managing the team’s intake process, inbox and coordination of requests, ranging from last-minute BAU collateral updates to large-scale and long-term communication projects
    • Regularly work on multiple concurrent projects with time-sensitive deadlines
    • Communicate with the team, and occasionally with partners and vendors, to help in the day-to-day management of projects, or to solve potential or existing issues.
    • Maintain the centralised IOH Marketing bank for internal assets sharing
    • Provide creative support for tenders (PPT design)

    Requirements

    • Experience of working in financial services or healthcare preferred but not essential
    • Experience of working in an international business preferred
    • You have a great eye for detail (you can spot a wrong spacing from a mile away)
    • Ability to drive and work constructively with cross-functional partners
    • Degree educated, preferably in Graphic Design
    • The main creative tools and apps used are: Adobe Creative Suite apps, Office 365.
    • Ability to create creative and engaging decks in Powerpoint.
