Main Purpose of the Job (Job Summary)

The role holder will manage and deliver components of business engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative RPA solutions for the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
• Develop detailed As Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), detailed To Be Automated Process
• Description – SDD (Solution Design Document)
• Conduct RPA High Level Assessments
• Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
• Develop high level project plans for implementation projects
• Provide continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery

Key Deliverables

• Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Manage full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
• Experience with leadership, governance and change enablement.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Telecommunications or any other related field

Main Purpose of the Job (Job Summary)

The role holder shall work cross-functionally with business operations, business analyst and other stakeholders to create and optimize workflow processes. The successful candidate shall also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and bug fixing. The ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge of modern RPA technologies such as robotics and intelligent workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• The Robotic process automation developer position is focused on delivering business value quickly by automating manual and repetitive tasks. This developer will have the opportunity to implement, design, develop and maintain automation using RPA solutions, Reflections, and scripting languages such as VBA, Python, and PowerShell
• Support the strategy, design, development, and deployment of RPA technology-enabled solutions to meet customer
• and company practice needs.
• Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers to support the RPA architecture planning, development, and implementation effort through the delivery of quality and timely projects.
• Working with a dynamic team to refine and expand the automation based upon user’s feedback.
• Create reusable workflows and library components to reduce the development time and increase maintainability using UiPath.
• Proactively identify issues and bugs and provide solutions to mitigate and resolve these issues.
• Maintain code quality and document all required artifacts.
• Perform audits at the end of each RPA project lifecycle.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Key Deliverables

• Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, development sessions and pair-programming.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
