    Service Advisors

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Scheduling for service to customers.
    • Build strong customer relationships through the established service consultative process.
    • Keep customers updated on the progress of vehicle service.
    • Perform pre-delivery inspections and communicate results to customers.
    • Take ownership of each customer experience.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering with a minimum Second class, Upper division
    • Two years relevant working experience in a customer service environment.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement policies and procedures developed by our client to uphold brand reputation and create a conducive business environment.
    • Develop annual dealer business plan and set monthly sales targets.
    • Formulate monthly vehicle ordering forecasts with dealer participation.
    • Work out marketing initiatives aimed at sales, service and parts business growth.
    • Enforce high standards for dealership premises and facility maintenance.
    • Build and nurture strong dealership teams and help dealer management retain talent.
    • Assess trends and recommend actions to optimize customer satisfaction levels and dealership profitability.
    • Monitor working capital availability by analysing cash flows.
    • Develop and sustain customer loyalty and retention programs within the assigned territory.
    • Provide a monthly report on assigned dealerships and territorial market information

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business related field with second class, upper division.
    • Professional qualifications in Marketing.
    • Five years working experience in either regional/territory sales management or dealer/ distribution management.
    • Business acumen, analytical and excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in market research will be an added advantage

    Technical Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates.
    • Promote Environmental, Health & Safety and workplace organisation to achieve set objectives for the department and company.
    • Workshop parts and materials requirements. 
    • Warranty administration
    • Support front office, provide leadership and support to other technicians in problem analysis and resolution.
    • Allocate duties to technicians, follow up and sign off job cards to ensure quality work is performed and promised time is met.
    • Road testing of vehicles to ensure required repairs are carried out.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering.
    • Two years’ hands on experience in a busy motor vehicle repair workshop.
    • Computer literate in MS Office packages.
    • Ability to build effective teams, good diagnostic, interpersonal and report writing skills.
    • Analytical capacity, detail oriented and high personal integrity.
    • Demonstrate knowledge in different vehicle systems repairs
